What is Tiqbuy?

How long does it take to have my order delivered?
There are various options including same day delivery. Typically, delivery may take 3-4 business days. If you choose the pickup option, you can visit the selected pickup outlet to claim your package. Please note that if your package remains unclaimed after 7 business days of being informed that it has been delivered to your preferred pickup outlet, you will be charged a daily demurrage fee.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can if payment has not been made. If payment has been made and the product has been dispatched, you'll forfeit a percentage of the payment to cover dispatch charges.
What are the payment options when I purchase an item on TiqBuy?
You can pay with your debit card or via bank transfer using Paystack.
How do I place an order?
We've made it pretty easy for you. Simply browse our vast range of products. You can use the search button to help you locate your item faster. Select the item (and quantity). Click on Add to Cart, then click the Checkout button. You'll be taken to the Payment page. Choose your preferred mode of payment, confirm and enter your details, then review and submit.
Why can't I checkout?

There could be a number of factors responsible for this, including having insufficient funds in the account you're trying to use to pay for the items, unstable network, necessary details not filled out properly, etc. If you still encounter this issue after addressing these factors, please reach out to our customer support here.

Why is my order late?

If your order is late and you paid for a delivery, it could be that we couldn't locate your address and attempts to reach you were unsuccessful. Please reach out to Customer Care for more information.

Is delivery free?
Delivery comes at an additional cost. Same day delivery comes at a higher fee than the 3-4 day delivery option. Please note that there is a demurrage charge for late pickup, and this is charged per extra day that the package remains unclaimed after 7 days of being notified.
How can I change my delivery address?
At every Checkout point, you'll be asked to confirm if your saved address is your chosen delivery address (if you've shopped previously) or if you would like to input a new address. Alternatively, you can go to your account and edit your address if the old address will no longer be used.
How much do you charge for delivery?
This depends on your location as well as the size of your purchase. Rest assured, we offer you some of the most competitive delivery prices out there.

Can I trust that I will not be defrauded?

We have put strict measures in place to ensure that our marketplace is free of fraudulent practices. Anyone caught engaging in fraud will be sternly dealt with; this applies to both vendors and sellers. Please report any issues here.

Returns

What do I do if the item I purchased is faulty or broken?

An item is classified as faulty if it is not in good working order upon delivery and is reported within 7 days from the date you received it. If you picked up from a delivery outlet, please ensure that you return no later than 7 working days after. You can read more about returns in our Return Policy
